Just a note, that you will add one package of the thin beef lunch meat to the recipe. And then hold back the other package for rolling your cheese ball.
You will mix all your ingredients and then give the Easy Cheese Ball recipe a chance to chill in the fridge. This will make it much easier to roll into a ball. Meanwhile, slice up the rest of the chopped beef. Pull out the chilled cheese ball mixture. Wet your hands and form the cheese ball mixture into two balls. Roll each delicious cheese ball in the chopped beef. And then wrap the cheese balls in clear wrap until the party.
