Individual Beef for Sale & Store Hours

SOLD OUT. Currently, we are sold out of our individually packaged beef. We are expanding our farming operation so we are temporarily suspending our individually packaged beef. 

But make sure to get on the email list by dropping in your email and first name below on the form. As a Hickory Hollow Farm VIP, you will be the first to know of any wholesale sales on ground beef. And as always we so have processing dates available. We are currently accepting dates for April 2023. 

Many of our customers love to buy our local beef individually packaged. All our steaks and roasts are vacuum packed.

We are typically open every other weekend. Feel free to drop by during store hours. We are located at 4325 W. US Highway 22/3, Wilmington, Ohio 45177

Or you can call ahead, and we will have your order ready for you. We will even bring it right out to your vehicle! 

If you need an order ready to go during an different time please feel free to schedule an individual appointment.

Below are all the options available for individual purchase. Most items will vary slightly in price due to the variety in weight. Once we package up your order we will then notify you of your total price. When requesting your order you may specify the sizing (for ex: bigger brisket 3+ or a smaller roast 1-2 lb). We will do our best to honor your request!
