Currently, we are selling individual beef at the Fleming County Farmer’s Market on Tuesday and Saturdays.
Also make sure to get on the email list by dropping in your email and first name below on the form. As a Hickory Hollow Farm VIP, you will be the first to know of any wholesale sales on ground beef. And as always we so have processing dates available. We are currently accepting dates for November and December 2024.
Many of our customers love to buy our local beef individually packaged. All our steaks and roasts are vacuum packed.
The Fleming County Farmer’s Market is located at the local extension office parking lot on Elizaville Road in Flemingsburg, Ky 41041. Or you can call ahead, and we will have your order ready for you.
Below are all the options available for individual purchase. Most items will vary slightly in price due to the variety in weight. Once we package up your order we will then notify you of your total price. When requesting your order you may specify the sizing (for ex: bigger brisket 3+ or a smaller roast 1-2 lb). We will do our best to honor your request!
