Eat at Home Challenge

January 14, 2023

By: Miranda Lamb

New year means a great time to build a few new habits! With the cost of food going up at your favorite restaurants and at the grocery, now is an even better time to create an eat at home routine! To boost your efforts and make it more fun, I decided to do an Eat at Home Challenge!

This is going to be such fun! Here is how it will work. First, drop your name and email into the box below. Confirm and open your email. Then print off your printable Eat At Home Challenge grocery list and recipes. Scan over the recipes and grocery list. And then, this week head to the store and pick up your grocery items.

On Monday, January 23rd, 2023, join me on Facebook Live at 5pm. We will prep and cook dinner together! I will share some tips I have used for consistently getting dinner to the table, even during crazy times (like building a house!). And if you already eat at home, but struggle to menu plan, you’ll love the tricks you’ll learn next week.

Make Your Eat at Home Challenge a Success

Just a few things to keep in mind!

  • Print off your printables so you’ll have them for easy reference.
  • Before heading to the grocery, scan over the grocery list and cross off any items you already have in the pantry or fridge.
  • Do read over the recipes, to tweak them to your family’s taste and size! The meals are for a family of 4-5 people.
  • Look ahead to see if you can skip some steps by combining tasks (don’t worry, I’ll go over this more online).
  • Not on Facebook? You can still get your printables and I’ll send out links via email to the videos.

Alright you are all set!! Join us for this FREE challenge! All the grocery list and menu planning is done for you, to give you the momentum you need to get started. So enter your email in the box below. I’ll see you on Monday, January 23rd at 5pm on Facebook Live.

Wish you could meal plan all year long? Check out my Meal Planning for the Family on the Go guide to get you started with the system that I use to get meals to the table, even during calving and house building season!
