- 3 cups peaches (fresh or frozen) 3-5 peaches
- 1/2 cups blackberries or blueberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg fresh is best
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Topping
- 1 1/2 cups rolled outs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 stick butter melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
If using fresh peaches, wash peaches and peel. Combine peaches and berries in mixing bowl.
Pour sugar over fruit and stir. Add almond flavoring and spices. Gently combine.
Pour fruit mixture into casserole dish. Set aside fruit.
In microwaveable bowl, microwave butter til slightly melted.
Add in oats, brown sugar, salt, nutmeg and flour to softened butter.
Pour butter and oat mixture topping over fresh fruit. Spread oat topping over the fruit.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees, until crumble is bubbling and topping is browned.
